Summary: Cebu area at the time I had the rooms booked in Apo Island Beach Resort, so I cancelled my bookings because I do not want to plan a snorkeling trip if I know it will be overcast. I had booked the surf 1 and 2 rooms which is a niec duplex right on the beach, and I am sure it would have a spectacular view of the Apo Island Sunset. But that will have to wait
