What is the best Caribbean island for a romantic and relaxing getaway? I'm trying to plan a trip to the Caribbean for my husband and I in October. We've never really been on a real trip, so this is going to be something big and special for us. I want something really romantic and it has to be very relaxing! What is your favorite resort spot? What about Ocean City, Maryland? What is that one special place you love to go on vacation, or even just a weekend? It could be an island getaway, an amazing theme park, a quiet campground, big city, or shore resort. I love Disney, but for me it has ot be Ocean City, Maryland. I used to go there 2-3 times every summer and still try to make it down at least once. We did Disney in the winter, plus two camping trips, but we managed to find a way to swing Labor Day at the beach (thanks Dad) as well. I am sooo looking forward to it!
