I want to plan a spa getaway for my pregnant friend & myself. Any good places to go in the Northeast?

We would be traveling from the Rhode Island area, and were planning on doing this in her last trimester as a last hurrah before the baby arrives. We are looking for place that would have multiple treatments for her as well as myself (who is not pregnant), and a place that does belly casts is a definite plus! Any ideas would be appreciated! I'm hoping to find a nice place in a drivable distance.
