Where is the best place for a beach wedding in the Dominican or other island resort?

My daughter would prefer a resort with no topless sunbathers.

1. Try another island resort like maybe,....the caribbean island. No topless sunbathers, and lots of sunshine and trees, beautiful waters...try the Turks & Caicos Islands
