Anniversary - Visit Mackinac Island or Quebec City?

Hi, My wife and I will be celebrating our anniversary in June, and we are considering a trip to either Mackinac Island or Quebec City. Has anyone been to both locations? Can you recommend one or the other? What are the pros and cons of each? Where is there more to do? Is one more suitable for a romantic getaway? Thanks!

1. Mackinac Island is definitely the most romantic getaway. My wife and I went there for our honeymoon and loved it!!! There are no cars, etc allowed on the island. You can rent bicycles and go around the entire islands. Some historic sites, some good shopping, but mostly kick back and relax. If that is what you are looking for, go there. Note: most people come to the island for the day and leave at night....it is very quiet there in the evening....not a lot to do. The Grand Hotel is fantastic! Great place to stay and great food! I've been in Quebec City, but many years ago...I'll let someone who knows more about it comment on it...
2. Quebec has old buildings. I don't know about Mackinac.
