for senior week me and my friends are going to Disney but we arnt staying in Disney.?
we are staying in my timeshare owned by my parents. now the resort is Star Island in Kissiimee (sp?) and they have shuttles but its a nominal fee. Im a little confused on how these shuttles will run. Like what times and so on and so forth. its all just a huge blur to me and my friends are NO help at all. My thing is we wanted to rent a car (one girl is 21 but doesnt have her licsence yet but will By June) will they let us rent a car?

- Usually places don't allow anyone under 25 to rent a car. I'm sure the shuttle company has good times. You can probably actually look up the schedule on their website.
- It is definitely more convenient to rent a car, but you have to be, I think 25, to do so. I'm 21 and they wouldn't let me rent one. To get back and forth from the parks though, the shuttles are constantly running. They come around every 15 minutes.
- resort shuttles run on the 1/2 hour. Just check the website for the Resort and times will be listed. Shuttle leaves from the main building of your resort. Suggest you let the front desk know you will be needing tickets for the shuttle. You cannot rent a car since you must be 25.
- You can not rent a car unless you're 21 for some car rental places others make you wait until your 25 for insurance purposes. If you stay off property you can't use the Disney shuttle service. It only goes to and from Disney hotels. You would need to get a taxi each time or find some way to rent a car and pay for parking each day.
