What is the best vacation island that combines these features?

I'd like to find a place I could spend a month or two, a beach/fishing village, outside the US, that combined snorkeling, Jetskis, and good exercise facilities. It needs to be warm in November

1. Roatan. Go to www.fantasyisland.com. Not a bad place. (Not fabulous either) Fish, snorkel, jetski and an exercise room.
