What is the best condo on Fort Myers Beach or Sanibel Island to vacation at during May? I've been here 2 times

We're going back to the Lee County area in May. We know of a couple of condos but they are going downhill. Looking for something great ON the beach for 2 parents and 3 kids. A pool is a must!!!
