What do you think about men inviting or asking out at the last minute?

I want to hear your opinions. I'm the type of person who likes to plan things ahead of time and one of my friend thinks is rude to invite someone at the last minute. So far, I only accepted one guy's invitation when he asked me late, but that was the only one. I do not accept invitations at the last minute. Why do guys do that? I need explanations please. Thanks!! in advance.

  2. You have to be yourself. They will be themselves. Just dont settle if it is something against what you believe in dont do it.
  3. They might not have planned themselves, or plans for them have changed. It's hard to say, really.
  4. Be a little more spontanious its not rude if someone asks you somewhere last min. be glad there asken you hope that helped some lol but can you please please please answere my question "i dont understand please help" thanks if you do
  5. If you enjoy spending time with the guy...I don't see why you wouldn't go at the last minute. Just because you see that as rude, he may not. He may be more spontaneous and just enjoy living in the moment. No one is right or wrong...I guess it's just preferential. If it's a real problem for you, let him know. Otherwise just go and have a good time. Plz answer mine... http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AsGiMzGGkky6B6ryAp6.WAvsy6IX;_ylv=3?qid=20081130160114AAFRN8I
  6. Good for you for holding your standards and not going out at the last minute. It shows guys that you expected to be respected. It also shows you aren't sitting around just waiting for some guy to call you and have you jump when they do. Rules of etiquette say 3 days advance notice for a typical date and 2 weeks for more formal occasions. To answer your last question, guys do it either because they don't plan far enough ahead or their first plan fell through so they are going with Plan B.
