Can I change from being a last minute person to an organised person?

I leave everything till the last minute. Can I change/ Or is it impossible? I have ADD to btw.

  1. You can change anything you want to change, and yes, it is possible. You just have to try harder.
  2. Yes, it is called will power, and not being afraid to get help from psychologists or other people who care about you. I find that meditating, eating proper foods, exercising, and playing games such as chess or "who has the biggest brain on facebook" helps concentration for my patients who suffer from A.D.H.D. or related disorders.
  3. I would recommend going to see a therapist and find out why you do the things you do. Because until you fix the source of the problem you will never fix the symptoms. It took me going to a therapist to find out that no matter how hard I tried I could not stop cheating on my GF because I did not know the reason why I did it in the first place.
  4. iF YOU ARE ASKING THIS then you are half way there. This means you really are interested in a better change. So , start with a list of what you would change. When the situation arises look up your list for the answer that you wrote next to it....for the solution ! Wella ! within a few months it will become second nature if you keep repeating the good habits , and out the window will go your list ........as you wont need it anymore.
