Looking for a fun job as a server at a resort or island that would provide housing?

Im 21 and am unemployed at the moment. i am wondering if anyone out there had a ny ideas on where to apply if i wanted to work somewhere as a waiter. I want to travel somewhere away from massachusetts. idealy and island at a hotel/restauran that would provided employee housing
