How to get a a very remote island for vacation?

Can you recommend a very remote island/atoll for vacation? If so.. where? and how do I get there? (if the island is large enough to support an airport, it is too large) Thanks to Google Earth, I can find VERY remote islands. Just don't know how to get there and if I could go there.

1. In order to do this, you first have to get to a larger island that DOES have an airport. Then, you need to take a catamaran or boat over to the "other" island. Try St. John's or Antigua first and then call the local tourist centers to see what they recommend. Because they are off the beaten path, they are hard to find, but that's why you asked, I assume. But start with a phone call or email to what I said above and they should help you narrow your search.
