Grand Cayman vacation: stay at Westin Casuarina or Marriott Beach Resort?

I am going on vacation to the Grand Caymans in May, but I am having trouble deciding on where to stay. I am in a wedding for the first three days and staying at the Westin Casuarina with the bridal party. I intended on staying there the next three nights, but I am just apprehensive about the cost. Those island resorts really add on the taxes! It is a FIVE-star hotel though, plus I would earn double points through my credit card b/c they are affiliates. So I looked at other places and the Marriott Resort is a 4-star hotel also on the beach. I could get a package with free breakfast by staying there, but no extra points. If I decide on the Westin, I would qualify for a $75 food/drink voucher. Has anyone stayed at either or both of these resorts and could give their feedback? I'd appreciate any. Thanks!
