I am using the Sims Complete Collection and am trying to build a resort on Vacation Island.?

I cannot seem to find the phone in order for my Sims to call to go home when they are done their vacation. Under what category do you find the phone in Buy Mode? When a user bulldozes a lot, everything in the lot disappears. The payphones should be under my Buy Mode listings, but I cannot seem to find them. I would greatly appreciate any help or advice anyone could give me.
