Thinking of visiting South Seas Island Resort on Captiva Island, FL?

My wife and I taking a vacation next month, right now plans are to go to a resort in Boca Raton. However, I saw something about South Seas Island Resort on Captiva Island and I was wondering has anyone been there and if so can you give me alittle feedback on the resort. I've looked at reviews on hotels.com, expedia, etc..Most of them weren't to recent.

1. South Seas is truly a 5- star resort. It was heavily damaged after hurricane charlie but it has really come back. It is a lot more luxurious with the new renovations. The beaches and pools are beautiful and there is plenty to do during the day. If you're into golf there is a huge golf course right in the middle of the resort. The only problem is that there is really no night life. This is a great family friendly resort and i would recommend it any day.
