hints/tips for a European vacation?

i am leaving for a 13 trip to italy and greece on thursday. it includes a 3 day cruise of the greek islands. i am just about to start packing... i think and hope i have everything i need. i was wonder if any of you had any advice? ps. i have a money belt and an outlet converter already
