  1. What's wrong with Cuba ?
  2. Cuba is great but Curacao is different: http://www.curacao-travelguide.com/ And a great island. Welcome = Bon bini!
  3. Trinidad and Tobago, the beautiful twin island o the Caribbean. Trinidad is alot busier and more happening there, more nightlife and better shopping. Though there are a couple of tourist attractions there, the pitch lake in la brea (south), the mud volcano, the wild fowl trust, the lovely Maracas Beach in the north. For a more laid back, serene holiday Tobago is a must. The infamous Pigeon Point beach located in the west, or visit the countryside for beautiful beaches like Englishman´s Bay, Castara Bay, Bloody Bay, Argyle Waterfall, Speyside and Charlotteville. Taste our local cuisines such as crab and dumpling, chicken roti, stew, chicken or pork, cold coconuts, callalloo, cou cou just to name some or visit the restaurants and I am sure you will give your taste buds an adventure. A visit on Sunday evening to Sunday School in Buccoo (a street party) is also a must or vist one of the local clubs for entertainment. For a visit to Trinidad and Tobago, you can visit this website for info. http://www.worldtravelguide.net/country/... Least fav. would be Jamaica. If you have any questions, feel free to ask and good luck.
  4. Well.. I can certainly understand why you don't want to go to a sh*thole like Jamaica.. but CUBA? Some of the best places I've been to in the Caribbean are in Cuba... Anyway, I would recommend you come to my island of Antigua... great places to stay.. friendly people and a nice island to go to. Just look at that list of Caribbean islands that yahoo puts on the home page for travel.. and DON'T GO TO ANY OF THEM.. those are all places where AmeriKans go because they don't know sh*t about the Caribbean.
  5. Well you have come to the right place my friend. Barbados is a beautiful island with alot to offer; and no...Barbados is not 'ghetto'. Barbados has alot of scenery and so much to do, that you will never get bored. http://barbados.org/ http://www.funbarbados.com/Activities/ There is a wonderful resort in Barbados called the Barbados Beach Club and it is an all-inclusive resort. http://barbadosbeachclub.com/index.cfm The barbados Beach Club offer breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks, an exercis room, pool aerobics, snorklling, scuba diving lessons, windsurfing, hobie cast cruises, beach volley ball, games room and soooo much more. The activities that are included in this all-inclusive package is astounding. Also, for the time period that you have required(October) there is a special going on. You will get a 45% discount. You must stay a minimum of four(4) nights: http://barbadosbeachclub.com/specials.cfm?iconmap=64&special=13086 The Barbados beach club has 3 restaurants on site and one of them is buffet the other two are a la carte. The two a la carte are seafood and the other is Italian. This is a wonderful reosrt in a wonderful island, you should come and explore it for yourself my friend. Hope I helped! =]
  6. not everywhere in jamaica or cuba is ghetto thank you every much our country might be small but im hella sure yours isn't better . our else you would be looking for one to vaca.check your self and your words.
  7. I highly recommend Barbados or St. Lucia and from my personal experiences, I believe Barbados suits best for you. Please keep in mind that Barbados is basically out of the hurricane belt as the season runs from June 1st to November 30th. The islands that are out of that belt are the ABC islands (Aruba, Bonaire, Curacao). There's also Trinidad & Tobago to look into (Tobago side may suit better if you choose this destination). From what I see, you're not far from Toronto, so I can give you websites where you can search for complete vacations so that way they are cheaper. RedTag: http://www.redtag.ca/ Target Vacations: http://www.targetvacations.com/ Signature Vacations: http://www.signaturevacations.com/ - only you can look into St. Maarten if anything.
