Wii sports resort island flyover?

on wii sports resort on island flyover i need barnacle arch. when i look on the internet it shows where it is but on wii sports resort it say's that it is neptune's ring can anyone help?

2. If your flying straight towards The Candle, if you make a hard right you should search the coast it will be there. It is somewhere between the Private Island and The Candle. Good luck.
