What is the best Virgin Island to vacation to?

I wanted to surprise my boyfriend for his birthday. what virgin island would be the best for 2 twenty year olds?

1. My suggestions, Virgin Gorda (My favorite island in the VI), Tortola and St. Thomas.
2. Start in St. Thomas and take day trips to the others. Do not miss the Baths in the BVI and a trip to St Johns is a must.
3. if you like restaurants, beaches & clubs, go to st thomas. tortola is great...but really laid back with amazing beaches, food & people!
4. Definitely go to St. Thomas. There are plenty of fun things to do. There are many restaurant in Red Hook and fun bars like Duffy's love shack. You are guaranteed to have a great time. Going to Virgin Gorda (baths)for the day would be great. Have Fun!
