what is the best Caribbean island to vacation at the end of January first of febuary ?

im tying to surprise my wife, we like to snorkel and want somewhere that we can explore the island and it be a safe atmosphere. we are looking for all inclusive, clean, and great beaches

1. British Virgin Island Tortola. I have snorkeled in 90% of the caribbean, and this place was the best. I went last January and the water was warm and beautiful. Fly to Tortola get a hotel there, and take a boat over to the Virgin Gorda Baths National Park. It is a great place, surrounded by rock boulders the size of small houses. There are beach caves all over the island, and the water is so clear that its hard to even believe that your in the water. The sand is white, and I was in water up to 100 feet deep, and could see the bottom as clear as day. There are all types of beautiful fish and coral reef. Its probably one of the safest islands, because if has money. If you go to Jamaica or any of the others there is a lot of poverty, but here it is where wealthy British people have vacation cottages.
2. Barbados... We have everything you are looking for... it is like an america in the Caribbean come on down and visit us. The south coast is a good area but the West Coast is the best. You have snorkeling, diving, jet ski rides, catamaran cruises and many more. Make sure when you come you book to see Harrisons Cave it is a must see, BEAUTIFUL!!! Lots of people love it here we have a great night life we are the only island in the Caribbean who opens late and could call and get anything late. Restaurants: TGI Fridays, Lucky Horseshoe(CowBoy restaurant setting 24hrs), Jus Grillin, Cheffete and many more. Hope you enjoy it Next time try to come around this time the ending of christmas time shops would still be open late and New years Eve which we call Old Years Night is spectacular in Barbados... We have a variety of parties and the hit spot is St. Lawrence Gap, Christ Church the mecca for night life so come on down and enjoy my island. Our accent is different too because we speak like british and not like the rest of the Caribbean Islands for example st.lucia we don't have the caribbean/african accent.
3. cooper island in the British virgin islands is awesome! it is a private island with a small restaurant and gift shop, snorkel store and that is about it... i loved it! it is called cooper island beach club.
4. I think Curacao of Aruba. In curacao you can also get you divers brevet. And there also Marriot hotels and other good all inclusive hotel. Search on internet for a change
