What are the BEST hotels in Padre Island?? When I look at Hotels.com they look cheap. :0/?

Are there any resorts? Beach Houses? 4 or more stars please!! Thanks for your help :)

1. One of the nicest hotels, at least according to guest reviews on TripAdvisor, is the Howard Johnson - http://www.resideo.com/us/texas/southpadreisland/15564234.hotel I know, doesn't seem likely, but check out the reviews, you might be surprised! Hope that helps!
