Last minute tips for a housewarming party?

We're throwing a housewarming party next weekend for about 30 guests. I've got a decent idea of what I want to do for food and entertainment, but I still feel like my menu is lacking. Does anyone have any suggestions? Any last minute planning tips for the party?

  1. Keep it simple, so you don't have to work at replenishing drinks and appetizers the whole time and can enjoy your party. I suggest, making a main dish (enchiladas, lasagna, ect.) and a salad with bread/rolls. Drinks can be made up ahead of time in batches (cocktails, lemonade, water) in pitchers. Guests can refill their own.
  2. I believe tht Katie has a good idea. Stick with that
