I am 15 in Long Island for vacation and i really want my belly pierced?

I came on vacation and its summer :D and i really want it . My mom said yes but my father is the type that hates those things ..but i dnt live with him and my mom said she wont take me :( so i was wondering were i can get it done in long Island with no parents address and number would b nice :)

3. you have to have your mom sign since your 15. talk her into it or talk your dad into it. i have mine done [: good luck!
4. You're stuck waiting til you're 18 or til your mom decides to take you. You have to have a parent or legal guardian sign papers for you if you're under 18 to get it done professionally. I personally wouldn't let my 15-year-old daughter (if I had one) get something like that either.
