Is this the MTV X Effect Season 2 Resort?

Can someone look up 14 Star Island Dr, Miami, FL and see if it's the house/resort that MTV is using to film season 2 of X Effect? It sure looks like the house if you compare it to photos of the "Casa Bella Resort".
