anyone stayed at TREASURE ISLAND in Panama CIty Beach?

i need help deciding between staying at Treasure Island, Majestic, Edgewater or Boardwalk for my mini vacation in Panama City Beach. These are all oceanfront properties/condos and they all seem nice. It's only going to be me and my BF. I don't mind being on the quiet side of town... but I think the BF would rather be in the middle, or heart of PCB. Any suggestions or opinions would be greatly appreciated.

1. venture out is a great place if you can find a rental. when your down there take the main drag on the beach as far west as you can go. Its at the end on the left. They have a couple pools and their area of the beach is private. Also has access to the bay on the other side
2. I would choose the Edge-water! I haven't stayed there, but we stayed right next door at the Moon-spinner and let me tell you we wish we'd have stayed at the Edge-water! Good Luck!
