Living on Margarita Island?

I would like to move to Margarita Island. Has anyone or does anyone live there? I am interested in the west side less populated side of the ISL. Every realestate web site seems to be for luxury Vacation spots. Are there any locals that sell their property? paulich@hotmail.com
