Suggestions for choosing an all-inclusive island resort for marriage.?

I guess I'm a picky person but I'm just looking for something simple and inexpensive. I'm getting married hopefully this February (given we find a destination). I have about 15 people going with us to get married on an island and want to find an all inclusive resort. Our top picks are Bahamas, Jamaica, or a nice island around there. Many resteraunts, a non-hotel like atmosphere, and lots of stuff to do without crowdedness is desired. I really don't want anything high class just something that looks "islandie" and comfortable. Any suggestions?

1. We stayed at the Ocean Club on Paradise Island in the Bahamas and this hotel sounds like you just described. The only draw back it's not All-Inclusive. Check out the Hotel Riu Paradise Island.
