is it possible to buy a share in a vacation home?

I'm in the military, I own a shore house with my brother (we inherited money and purchased it together) but I would like to get another place, however, because of my job i can only spend maybe two weeks a year there, but for investment sake i would liek to invest in a property with some people. does anyone know fo any web sites that offer I guess a time share in a beach house in the long island, mass, or nj area? oh, i found a lot of RESORTS but I want a HOUSE. a stand alone home if possible. i'm wilign to pay a lot, i just don't have the say million plus dollars for it.
