How much is the price of a 2 rooms appartment in Rhodos Island ?

I think I'm gonna buy soon a little appartment for vacations. And also as an investment, with monthly rents I could get ( when I'm not in holidays). At first I wanted to do it in Cyprus, but there are too many problems there. I like Rhodos because it reminds me Ulysse and the Argonauts. I am also fascinated by the other greek islands...I even heard that there is a little island where live hundreds of cats...Is it true?... I'm talking about Greece, not USA
