what is the point in going in a "all girls" vacation?

Hi, I am a Chinese girl, on a brief (6 month) stint in Stockholm. Some of my friends (mostly European/American) are proceeding on a "all girls" vacation to some Greek islands, and invited me. One girl suggested that I come for some "fun in the sun", and that her BF will be flying down to join her for a day - she will just sneak out of the "all girls gang" for a day. I am not a kid and think something immoral is going on. Can someone clarify?
