I have an exam tomorrow, how do I make sure at the last minute that the information stays in my brain?
I have to write an essay for an hour tomorrow morning. I have studied in the lead up to this but even now at the last minute I am not confident of remembering all I need to. Are there any tips for what I can do the night before an exam, or at the last minute? I writing and rewriting notes and testing myself and still not remembering! Thanks in advance for your help!

- Well you need to study in advance because studies show that you only remember the first and last 10 mins of what you studied. However, if you're still cramming, try using as many senses as possible [sight, sound (hearing and speaking) and touch]. Also figure out what type of learner you are (visual, auditory ect.,) and use techniques aligned with that.
- I suggest you study right before you go to bed, then skim over it before your exam. Good luck!
- Stop studying NOW - get a good night's sleep. In the morning, have a cool (not cold) shower and a good breakfast. You will feel refreshed and have enough stored energy to ensure that your brain will provide the information you need to complete your exam. Above all, have faith in yourself. You can do this GO FOR IT. Good luck X
