Is there a way to put in a last minute Ebay bid without sitting by the computer all day?

I'm trying not to increase the bid price, but put in a last minute bid without sitting around all day.

You should know when bidding on the item is closed, so sign back into eBay in that last bit of time before bidding ends and make that last-minute bid.
I belive there are software applications that will 'snipe' bid at the last moment they may or may not be allowed by eBay I do not know for sure. I never bothered to look into them because I didn't want to increase the amount of money I spend on eBay.
You can use a "snipe" site also, nothing to download. If you search for ebay snipe, many sites will come up. I have used this many times to win items at just above the current winning bid. It works great for high demand items.
