Does anyone know the name of a private island resort that just opened right off the coast of Playa Del Carmen?

I believe you have to take a boat to it.

1. I am not aware of any directly off of PDC. But maybe Isla Holbox, located north of Cancun.
2. The only islands that I know of off of the coast of Playa Del Carmen are: Isla Holbox Isla Contoy Isla Mujeres and Cozumel Good Luck in your research
3. Just off of Playa Del Carmen, you have to take a ferry to Cozumel which is a "divers paradise" island. A great hotel over there is the Iberostar one. I have checked it out when I was staying just North of Play Del Carmen the last two years. I don't know the exact name of it but you can type in Iberostar Hotels in Mexico in the google search and find it that way.
4. I think it is Isle de la Pasion, or something like that the first answer is where you have to take the excursion from. Holbox or something like that.. sounds cool but expensive
