1. Rock Island, Illinois. The Mississippi River and quad cities area is historically interesting, and very friendly people.
2. Sicily! or Capri! I love Italian islands and wish I had $5000 to spend there.
3. 5K won't get you much of an island.......for 5K I'll stay home.
